To place an order with us online, we are required to take certain information from you to process your order, using SSL, a high level encryption process used by Banks and other financial organizations.

Our checkout process is completed over a secure server. When entering credit card details the page you enter information into is hosted and maintained by HSBC Banks Secure Epayments service, you are assured that your information is very safe.

To process your order we require your name and delivery address, your credit card is processed online via HSBC Secure Epayments service and we only receive confirmation of the transaction. Based on a successful authorisation of your transaction from HSBC we will then use the delivery information to complete the order.

Tech-World Computers do not retain your credit card details when placing an order via our online web site.

If there is a problem with the authorisation of the transaction or we need to contact you about your order, goods etc we will first try using the email address you provided when creating your account. Only in exceptional or critical circumstance we may contact you by phone. You can update your personal information at any time by accessing the relevant option on the Website.

Most On-Line retailers use cookies, we use them on this site to store information that is required to allow you to use our shopping cart, such as the time you visited us and your customer account code. We do not store credit card details in cookies.

Once you have ordered on-line you will be sent an e-mail of what you have ordered and your payment details. You will also receive an e-mail once your goods have been dispatched along with the invoice.
